How often/when will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed on a monthly basis or every two months, depending on the plan you choose to subscribe. The billing will occur on the same day it was initially purchased. For example, if you choose a monthly subscription and pay on the 5th, you will be billed on the 5th of each subsequent month. Additionally, you can choose to try Oda Glow without a subscription through the pre-paid option

How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel the active subscription by signing into your account or by filling out the subscription cancellation form. Oda Glow commits to accepting the subscription cancellation request and cancelling the subscription within 24 hours. To cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next payment date.

What will I receive in the Oda Glow beauty box?
Each month, you will find full-sized products, such as high-quality face creams, ampoules, serums with various skin-nourishing active ingredients, facial cleansers, exfoliators, masks, and toners with unique ingredients that will leave your skin radiant and clean. The box will also include not only beauty products but also various beauty accessories such as facial cleansing brushes, makeup brushes, headbands, facial massagers, and more. You will also find sheet masks enriched with moisturising and nourishing ingredients to provide the necessary hydration for your skin. Additionally, the box will include teas to help relax your body and mind.

Can I request to repeat a favorite product from previous months?
Every month, the Oda Glow box can be customised according to your individual preferences. If you notice that some of your beauty products are running out quickly, such as a facial cleanser, or if you want to try different types of products, you can fill out the "Request beauty essentials" form and request a specific product, which you will receive in your upcoming beauty boxes.

Is an Oda Glow subscription suitable for me if I have a diagnosed acute skin condition?
If you have been diagnosed with psoriasis, dermatitis or other acute skin conditions, we recommend starting or continuing treatment in a cosmetologist's or dermatologist's office with products selected by a dermatologist.

What is the delivery cost of the Oda Glow secret beauty box?
Delivery to Ireland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Lithuania and Liechtenstein is FREE!


Can I pay for the product and have it delivered as a gift to another person?
Yes. When ordering products, you need to enter the delivery address of the person who will receive the order, the billing address will be the address of the payer, and the shipping address will be the receiver's address.

Can I change my order or beauty quiz responses if I have already paid for the subscription?
You can change your order immediately after completing the purchase, but no more than 12 hours after the purchase. To change your order, contact us at odaglow@contact.com or fill out the contact form.

How long will it take to receive the ordered product?

Shipments Ireland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein may take up to 7-10 business days.

For orders in Lithuania, Oda Glow ships through Omniva, LP Express, and DPD self-service terminals. Shipments to self-service terminals are delivered within 1-3 business days from the dispatch date. Products are shipped within 1-2 business days from the payment receipt date. Shipments are also sent by registered mail through Lithuanian Post and are delivered within 2-5 business days from the dispatch date.
Storage of shipments at the Omniva terminal is up to 7 calendar days. DPD and LP Express terminals store shipments for 3 calendar days from the day of delivery to the terminal.

The subsequent subscription boxes will be delivered by the 15th of each month or every second month, depending on the chosen plan.
 
Can the purchased product be returned?
In accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, when purchasing at the www.odaglow.com store, each buyer is given a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt/placement in the parcel locker.

  • The returned product must be in its original and intact packaging.

  • The product must not be damaged by the buyer.

  • The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.).

  • The returned product must be of the same configuration.

  • When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a return form.

For product returns, contact us by email: odaglow@contact.com. Within 1 (one) business day, we will send you a return form to complete.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. The shipping and return fee is not refunded to the customer.

When will I receive a refund for the paid order if I return the product?
Oda Glow employees will assess the received return to determine if the products were returned undamaged. If the conditions are not followed, the money will not be refunded. In such cases, arrangements will be made individually regarding product delivery or pick-up. If the conditions are followed, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 10 business days from the day the returned products are received by Oda Glow.

What are the payment options for the products?
Buyers can pay for products using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal payment methods.

Are the products new?
All products are CPNP-notified (CPNP Oda Box) and sold in the Oda Glow online store new. The expiration date and safe usage are regulated by the Cosmetic Products Regulation 1223/2009/EC. If the expiration date of cosmetic products is longer than 30 months, the symbol of an open jar on the packaging indicates the safe period of use after opening. For cosmetic products with a shelf life shorter than 30 months from the manufacturing date, the expiration date is indicated by specifying the date until which the products can be used.
