When visiting the odaglow.com website, subscribing to the newsletter, and creating an account on the odaglow.com online store, or purchasing products without registration, the Buyer entrusts their personal data to Oda Glow company and grants the Seller the right to process them in accordance with this Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) and the scope, methods, and purposes specified in the Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the Online Store on the Internet (hereinafter – the Rules).

The Seller at odaglow.com confirms that the Buyer's submitted data will be used exclusively for the sale and delivery of Products and Services, invoicing, and internal marketing purposes.

The accuracy of the personal information provided by the Buyer is the responsibility of the Buyer who provided the data.
The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Buyer's personal data to Third Parties, except when necessary for the provision of the Service, and when the Buyer violates the Store's Rules or the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Odaglow.com does not store the Client's provided banking information. The third-party Wix Payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay administers the banking information (payment card details) provided by the Client, ensuring data protection in accordance with the laws of the country where the company is registered. What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?
We continually improve the website and strive to make it as simple and convenient as possible for visitors to www.odaglow.com. Depending on your chosen delivery method, data related to delivery (preferred delivery time, address, other relevant information for the courier) is transferred to the partner responsible for delivering the products.
Depending on the payment method, payment information is transferred to the partner administering the payment service (e.g., PayPal).
