Returns policy 

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, when purchasing from the www.odaglow.com store, each buyer is provided with a 14-day return guarantee from the day of receiving/placing the item in the parcel locker, for each item purchased and of suitable quality.

The returned item must be in its original and orderly packaging.
The item must be undamaged by the Buyer.
The item must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.).
The returned item must be of the same configuration.
When returning the item, it is necessary to submit a return form.

For item returns, please contact us via email at odaglow@conatct.com; within 1 (one) working day, we will send you a return form to fill out. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning/shipping the item. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
Oda Glow employees will assess the received return to determine whether the products have been returned undamaged. If the conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued. Regarding the delivery or pickup of the item in such cases, individual arrangements will be made. If the conditions are met, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned items.
