Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to Ireland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Liechtenstein.
The subsequent subscription boxes will be delivered by the 15th of each month or every second month, depending on the chosen subscription plan.

International Shipping
The package will be delivered by the local shipping company of the country where the parcel is being delivered (e.g. Deutsche Post, La Poste etc.).
The orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. 
Shipping to Ireland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, and Liechtenstein is FREE!!
Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days. 
 
Shipping in Lithuania
Shipping in Lithuania is FREE!!
Oda Glow uses Lietuvos Paštas, Omniva, LP Express, and DPD self-service parcel terminals for shipping:
Shipments to self-service terminals are delivered within 1-3 business days from the dispatch date.
Products are dispatched within 1-2 business days from the payment receipt date.
Storage of packaging in the shipping lockers:
In Omniva terminals, shipments are stored for up to 7 calendar days.
In DPD terminals, shipments are stored for 3 calendar days, calculated from the date of delivery to the terminal.
In LP Express terminals, shipments are stored for 3 calendar days, calculated from the date of delivery to the terminal.
 
Shipments are also sent by registered mail via Lithuanian Post and are delivered within 2-5 business days from the dispatch date. All orders to Neringa municipality are shipped only using this method.

We use environmentally friendly packaging materials for product packaging.

If you make an error when placing an order and provide the wrong address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours at odaglow@contact.com, and we will update the order information.
