1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 The Purchase-Sale Agreement between you (the buyer) and odaglow.com (the seller) is considered concluded from the moment when the buyer, having formed a shopping cart, provided the delivery address, selected the payment method, and familiarized themselves with these terms, clicks the "Pay" button.

2. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
2.1 By using the services of the e-commerce platform odaglow.com, the buyer agrees to these terms of the purchase-sale agreement and must adhere to them.
2.2 When placing an order on the odaglow.com e-commerce platform, the buyer must provide detailed and accurate information.
2.3 The buyer is responsible for all actions performed using the odaglow.com e-commerce platform.
2.4 By using the odaglow.com online store, the buyer undertakes to comply with these Terms, and other conditions specified in the online store, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1 In the event that the buyer provides false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or thereafter, or fails to adhere to other obligations outlined in these terms, odaglow.com retains the right to promptly cancel registration, orders, delete buyer data, or curtail the buyer's access to services offered by the odaglow.com online store.
3.2 Odaglow.com reserves the unilateral right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the buyer's registration and usage of services provided by the odaglow.com online store if there are grounds to suspect the buyer's engagement in prohibited activities or endeavors to disrupt the operations or stability of odaglow.com.
3.3 The price of goods, once confirmed by the Seller, remains unchanged, except in situations where the price is altered due to technical discrepancies in information systems or other objectively uncontrollable factors. Should the Buyer dissent from acquiring the product at the revised price, the Buyer may reject the order by notifying the Seller within 2 (two) working days. Following order cancellation in accordance with this provision, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the order.
3.4 The Seller assumes no liability for potential disparities in color, shape, or other product parameters displayed on the online store, which may not precisely mirror real sizes, shapes, and colors owing to individual features of the Buyer's display.
3.5 The Seller disclaims responsibility for the individual reactions or effects of the products.
3.6 The Seller assures that the sold products adhere to quality warranties and entirely conform to the composition stipulated on the product label.

4. PAYMENT FOR GOODS
4.1 The buyer can pay for the goods using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
4.1.2 The buyer will be directed to the payment window through the secure payment systems of Wix Payments, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
4.2 After successful payment, the buyer will receive an order confirmation and order number to the specified email address.
4.3 The subscriber will be billed monthly or every two months depending on the chosen subscription plan. Subscriber will be billed for the subscription on the same day it was initially purchased. For example, if subscribed chose a monthly subscription plan and paid for the subscription box on the 5th, the subscriber will be billed on the 5th of every month.

5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
5.1 Upon order confirmation, odaglow.com commits to meticulously prepare the purchased items for dispatch. The seller undertakes to dispatch the ordered products via registered mail.
5.2 Shipping to Ireland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Liechtenstein is FREE! 
5.3 The Seller is exempt from liability for any deviations from the stipulated delivery times in cases where the goods are not delivered on time due to the actions of third parties or circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.

6. RETURN OF GOODS
6.1 The customer has the right to return a product purchased from the online store www.odaglow.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
6.2 The packaging of the returned product must be undamaged, maintaining its original appearance, and should not have been used or attempted to be used (with intact labels, unremoved protective films, etc.).
6.3 The returned product must be in the same condition as received by the buyer.
6.4 A buyer intending to return a product contacts the seller via email odaglow@contact.com specifying the reason for the return.
6.5 The buyer covers the costs associated with the return/shipping.
6.6 Upon receiving the product, the odaglow.com online store commits to refunding the amount to the buyer's bank account within 10 working days if the product is returned in undamaged conditions.

7. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
7.1 Cancellation or modification of an order is only possible if the product has not yet been dispatched. The buyer can cancel an order (including their first Oda Glow box) within 24 hours of order confirmation by contacting Oda Glow via email at odaglow@contact.com.
7.2 The buyer can cancel an active subscription either through their account or by completing the subscription cancellation form.
7.3 The seller undertakes to process and confirm the subscription cancellation within 24 hours.
7.4 To cancel a subscription, the buyer must do so before the next billing date.

8. PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. The names of products or companies displayed in the online store may be trademarks, and in such cases, intellectual property rights are protected by applicable laws.
8.2. The content of the online store's website is the property of the product suppliers, safeguarded by the law. Copying or using the website or any part of it is prohibited without the written consent of the company.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1 Odaglow.com reserves the right to suspend, at its discretion, supplement, or modify these terms and other documents related to the terms. Additions or changes take effect from the day they are announced, i.e., from the day they are posted in the e-commerce system.
9.2 All disputes regarding the implementation of these terms are resolved through negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement within 30 days, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
